Program Period: March 25 through April 30, 2026. TLNT Group reserves the right to extend, modify, or discontinue the program at any time.
This program is open to current and past clients of TLNT Group and its subsidiaries, including TLNT and Spin Hire. Participation is limited to companies that have had an active service agreement with TLNT Group at any point prior to the referral being submitted. Prospects and companies with no prior commercial relationship with TLNT Group are not eligible to participate as referring parties.
To submit a referral, an eligible client must make a direct email introduction connecting their referred contact to Alexander Eburne (a@tlntgroup.co), Cathy Parcesepe (cathy@tlntgroup.co) or Nea Sivoli (nea@tlntgroup.co) copying them on the introduction. No forms, portals, or other submission methods are required or accepted for the purposes of this program.
A qualified introduction is defined as a warm email introduction made by an eligible client that connects a net-new prospect - a company with no prior commercial relationship with TLNT Group or Spin Hire -where the introduced prospect subsequently responds to that introduction and attends a demo call with the TLNT Group sales team.
Introductions that do not result in a response and an attended demo call do not qualify. Introductions to existing clients, former clients, or contacts already in active conversation with TLNT Group at the time of introduction do not qualify. TLNT Group reserves the right to determine whether an introduction meets the qualified standard in its sole discretion.
The individual who makes the qualified introduction will receive a $100 gift card, regardless of whether the introduction converts to a paying engagement. One $100 gift card is issued per qualified introduction,
When a qualified introduction results in a signed agreement and first payment from the referred company, both of the following rewards are issued:
There is no limit on the number of referrals an eligible client may submit. Each qualifying conversion generates a separate set of rewards.
Credit value is determined by the referring company's active service agreement at the time the referral converts:
TLNT Group reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, whether an introduction qualifies under these terms. All referral tracking is managed internally. In cases of dispute, TLNT Group's determination is final.
TLNT Group reserves the right to disqualify any referral it reasonably believes to have been submitted in bad faith or in violation of these terms.
